Workshop Terms & Conditions
Age Restriction: Participants must be 12 years or older to attend the workshop. We kindly ask that no children under the age of 12 accompany guests.
Weather Policy: The workshop will take place regardless of weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for outdoor activities, as our farm operates in all weather.
Safety Notice: Duncan Rd Flowers is a working farm with uneven surfaces, which may become slippery in wet conditions. There are a number of hazards which will be identified on the day of the event. We recommend sturdy, weather-appropriate footwear for your safety.
No Pets: For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
Non-Smoking Event: This is a smoke-free event, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Cancellations & Refunds
Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in advance with the name of the new attendee.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the event that you decide to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation by Duncan Rd Flowers: If we are required to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
